The third season for quarterly results has arrived and some of the top companies have already declared their results this week. The market has become quite volatile with the release of these results. From a major dip in the beginning of the week, the market bounced back by yesterday, and in this, the results have a major role to play. Let’s see the top five companies that announced their results this week which is ending today.
- Infosys: This week, IT companies took the lead and announced their 3rd quarter results and Infosys is one of them. It announced a whopping 11.4% rise in its consolidated profits for the third quarter of FY25 or ₹ 6806 crore to be precise. The revenue rose by 7.6% YoY as well to ₹ 41764 crore.
- HCL Technologies: The next up is also an IT company – HCL Technologies which posted a 5.54% rise in its consolidated net profit that rose to ₹ 4591 crore in Q3FY25. The revenue rose by 5.07% YoY to ₹29890 crore.
- TCS: Tata Consultancy Services posted a 12% jump in its consolidated net profit to ₹ 12380 crore in this quarter in question. The revenue jumped by 5% to ₹63973 crore. TCS also announced an interim dividend of ₹10 per share and a special dividend of ₹ 66 per share for the shareholders.
- Reliance Industries: RIL posted a gain of 11.88% in its consolidated profits which rose to ₹ 21804 crore. The revenue for the period jumped to ₹ 243865 crore, by 6.97% during the October-December quarter.
- Havells India: This electronics giant posted a decline in its profit by 3.34% YoY where the profit stands at ₹ 278.3 crore. However, the revenue of the firm jumped by 10.76% YoY during the same quarter at ₹ 4888.98 crore.
Apart from these five companies, there are many others, which announced their q3 earnings reports during this week, which kept the entire market on its toes.
