Wrapping up
SEBI’s vision behind introducing anchor investors in 2009 has now been realized with a stable IPO market, which is growing significantly well where investor’s confidence has been boosted and the gap between retail investors and companies issuing IPO has been bridged. All these have been possible with significant investments from the anchor investments.
