This week is all about new contracts and big orders. Kaynes Technology and BEML Limited announced two of their Stock market big deals on Monday, 4 August 2025. The new orders won’t make these companies rally on the stock market as well. So, let’s explore the details of these new contracts/ orders and see how the market is reacting to the announcements.
Kaynes Technology’s ₹4995 Cr. Deal
A wholly owned subsidiary of Kaynes Technology India Ltd., Kaynes Circuits India Private Ltd. has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Association (MoU) with the Tamil Nadu government. This will require an investment of around ₹4995 crore planned over the next six years.
This investment will be directed to building new manufacturing units, which will include greenfield projects and capacity expansions within Tamil Nadu. The MoU has been designed in a way that will include discussions on financial incentives, structured assistance packages, and industrial policies that the state government offers. It will also include subsidies and other financial benefits.
Necessary support in the form of infrastructure facilitation, clearance from the regulatory bodies as per applicable laws and policies, will be provided by the government of Tamil Nadu.
Here, they have clarified that the MoU signed is a state that shows the mutual intent of both parties involved, without any legally binding commitments.
BEML Limited’s ₹282 Crore New Order
BEML Ltd. again received an order for High Mobility Vehicles (HMV) for ₹282 crore. It was a week back when it received a similar order, and yesterday it announced a new order for HMV again. This time the contract is for HMV 8X8.
First Quarter Results
Kaynes Technology has also announced its first quarter results recently. The net profit has surged 47% YoY from ₹50.8 crore in Q1FY25 to ₹47.6 crore in Q1FY26. The EBITDA also rose 68% YoY to ₹113 crore during Q1FY26.
The margins of this tech giant improved during the quarter to 16.7% from 13.3% recorded a year ago.
BEML Ltd. is yet to declare its results for the first quarter of FY26.
Share Price Movement
Today, Kaynes Technology Shares has been rising, and until 1:30 p.m., it has increased by 1.11% and is trading at ₹6367 per share. In the past month, the stock has gained around 3% and in the last year, it has gained a whopping 49.62%.
BEML Ltd. shares are also gaining today, but marginally. Until now, it has gained 0.05%, and is trading at ₹3986.70 per share. In the past month, it has lost around 13% and in the past year, it has lost around 4.7%.
