The primary market will remain in action throughout the last week of August 2024. If you are wondering why, then it is due to upcoming ipos scheduled this week. There are nine companies, which will launch their IPOs this week while another eight are ready for their market debut.
Upcoming IPOs 26 Aug – 30 Aug
- Premier Energies IPO: On 27 August, that is Tuesday, this solar cell manufacturer will launch its IPO. Premier Energies IPO will raise around ₹ 2830.40 crore and the price band fixed for this is within ₹ 427 to ₹ 450 each share. The IPO will be a mix of fresh equity shares and offers for sale or OFS. The fresh issue will amount to ₹ 1291.4 crore while the OFS will include the remaining ₹ 1539 crore. If you want to subscribe to this IPO, you have to do the same by 29 August.
- Baazar Style Retail IPO: This fashion business has been quite popular as the famous investor’s wife Rekha Jhunjhunwala, wife of Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, backs it. The Baazar Style Retail IPO will open on 30 August, and run until 3 September in which both fresh issues of ₹ 148 crore as well as OFS will be available for subscription. The price band for this IPO is yet to be decided.
- ECOS India Mobility & Hospitality IPO: On 28 August, ECOS India Mobility & Hospitality IPO will open for subscription which is aiming to raise around ₹ 601.20 crore. The price band set for this IPO is ranging between ₹ 318 and ₹ 334 per share. One of the interesting factors of this IPO is it is entirely an offer for sale (OFS) There will be no fresh equity issue in this IPO. You can subscribe to this IPO until 30 August.
- Indian Phosphate IPO: This chemical manufacturer will launch its IPO on 26
August, which will run until 29 August. This is an SME IPO that is targeting to raise around ₹ 67.36 crore from a fresh issue of 68.04 lakh shares. The price band has been decided to range between ₹ 94 and ₹ 99 apiece. This firm usually deals in different phosphates. The main product of the firm is LABSA, which constitutes 90% of the revenue of the firm. - Vdeal System IPO: This is another Ipo from the SME segment which is looking to raise around ₹ 18.08 crore. This IPO has been decided to be a fixed price IPO with ₹ 112 per share as the fixed price. This will open on 27 August and run until 29 August. A total of 16.14 lakh shares will be issued for subscription.
- Jay Bee Laminations IPO: This electrical laminations manufacturer is coming up with its ₹ 89 crore IPO on 27 August 2024. The per share price fixed for this IPO is ₹ 138 and ₹ 146 per share. The Jay Bee Laminations IPO will be open until 29 August when it will offer a fresh issue of 45.7 lakh shares which will amount to ₹ 66.72 crore and offer for sale where 15.23 lakh shares worth ₹ 22.24 crore.
- Paramatric Technologies IPO: This IT firm in the SME space has also been launching its IPO on 27 August. The price decided is ₹ 110 per share and the amount to be raised is close to ₹ 34 crore. The fresh issue will constitute ₹ 30.35 crore from the issue of 27.58 lakh fresh equity shares. While offer for sale will include 3.18 lakh shares constituting the remaining ₹ 3.5 crore.
- Archit Nuwood Industries IPO: They are coming up with a ₹ 168.5 crore IPO on 30 August. The primary business of Archit Nuwood is to manufacture HDF and MDF boards. The price band set for the IPO is between ₹ 257 to ₹ 270. This Archit Nuwood Industries IPO is one of the biggest in the SME segment this week. This IPO will be a complete fresh equity issue of 62.4 lakh equity shares.
- Aeron Composite IPO: Aeron has been involved in innovative projects and their main product is glass fiber-reinforced polymer. The Aeron Composite IPO will open on 28 August and until 30 August, you can subscribe to it. The decided price band is set between ₹ 121-₹ 125 per share. The total amount to be raised is around was ₹ 56.10 crore by selling 44.88 lakh fresh equity shares.
