Here are the details of the five SME IPOs launching this week:

Vilas Transcore IPO

Vilas Transcore will open its Rs 95.26-crore IPO on May 27, with a price band of Rs 139-147 per share. The IPO, closing on May 29, comprises only a fresh issue of 64.8 lakh shares.

The company will use the proceeds for strategic investments, factory construction, machinery acquisition, etc.

Established in 2006, Vilas Transcore Limited specialises in manufacturing and supplying power distribution and transmission components globally.

It offers a range of electrical lamination products, including CRGO cores and coils used in power and distribution transformers.

Beacon Trusteeship IPO

Beacon Trusteeship will launch its Rs 32.52-crore IPO on May 28. The price band is Rs 57-60 per share, and it will close on May 30. The IPO includes a fresh issue of 38.72 lakh shares worth Rs 23.23 crore and an OFS of 15.48 lakh shares worth Rs 9.29 crore.

Beacon will use the funds for technology infrastructure, Beacon RTA Services acquisition, new office premises, and corporate purposes.

Established in 2015, Beacon Trusteeship Limited offers trustee services in various areas:

  • Security Trustee Services
  • Trustee to Alternate Investment Fund (AIF).

Ztech India IPO

Ztech India’s Rs 37.30-crore IPO will open on May 29, with a price band of Rs 104-110 per share, closing on May 31. The IPO includes a fresh issue of 33.91 lakh shares. The company will use the proceeds for working capital, corporate purposes, and IPO expenses.

Incorporated in November 1994, Ztech India Limited specializes in designing civil engineering products. It also offers state-of-the-art specialty Geo-Technical Solutions for infrastructure and civil construction projects in India.

Aimtron Electronics IPO

Aimtron Electronics will launch its Rs 87.02-crore IPO on May 30, with a price band of Rs 153-161 per share. The IPO includes a fresh issue of 54.04 lakh shares, closing on June 3.

Aimtron Electronics IPO aims to use funds to repay borrowings, install machinery, etc.

Founded in April 2011, Aimtron Electronics Limited specialises in providing products and solutions for electronics system design and manufacturing (ESDM) services.

It offers services domestically and globally, spanning regions like India, the USA, Hong Kong, the UK, Spain, and Mexico.

TBI Corn IPO

TBI Corn will open its Rs 44.94-crore IPO on May 31, with a price band of Rs 90-94 per share, closing on June 4. The IPO includes a fresh issue of 47.8 lakh shares. 

The company will use the proceeds for unit expansion, working capital, and corporate purposes.

Details of the IPO Listings This Week

This week, there will be only two listings, one each from the mainboard and SME segments.

Mainboard Segment

Awfis Space Solutions will close its Rs 599-crore IPO on May 27. The IPO was subscribed 11.4 times in three days starting May 22, with participation from all investor categories. 

Awfis will debut on the bourses on May 30. In the grey market, its IPO shares trade at a 25-30 percent premium over the upper price band of Rs 383 per share.

SME Listing

GSM Foils will close its Rs 11.01-crore IPO on May 28, which opened on May 24 and received 16.63 times subscription on the first day. Its shares will start trading on the NSE Emerge from May 31, being the only listing from the SME segment.
